We read A LOT of them, and we try and share the insights from them when we can, but we thought it might be useful for people (and for us!) if we just put them all in one place…

Gallup State of the Workplace 2025

The global workforce remains largely disengaged, with only 23% of employees reporting that they feel engaged at work. While stress levels remain high, particularly among younger workers, the report emphasises the critical role that managers play in driving engagement, performance, and retention.

📊 In the UK, only 10% of employees are considered “engaged” at work – one of the lowest rates in Europe.

It emphasises the growing importance of trust, community, and personal alignment in the workplace, with work-life balance now ranking higher than salary when evaluating job offers
